By accessing and using SuperMentor, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to these Terms of Service, please do not use our platform.

2. Use License

Permission is granted to temporarily access and use SuperMentor for personal, non-commercial educational purposes. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title, and under this license you may not:

• Modify or copy the materials
• Use the materials for any commercial purpose or for any public display
• Attempt to reverse engineer any software contained on SuperMentor
• Remove any copyright or other proprietary notations from the materials

3. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password. You agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account.

4. Content Ownership

You retain all rights to the content you create using SuperMentor, including tests, questions, and other educational materials. SuperMentor claims no ownership over your content.

5. Prohibited Uses

You may not use SuperMentor:

• For any unlawful purpose
• To harass, abuse, or harm another person
• To impersonate or attempt to impersonate SuperMentor or another user
• In any way that could disable, overburden, or impair the platform

6. Subscription and Payments

Some parts of the platform are billed on a subscription basis. You will be billed in advance on a recurring basis. Billing cycles are set on a monthly or annual basis, depending on the type of subscription plan you select.

7. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and bar access to the platform immediately, without prior notice or liability, under our sole discretion, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.

8. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall SuperMentor or its suppliers be liable for any damages arising out of the use or inability to use the materials on SuperMentor's platform.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of any material changes via email or through the platform.
